Your Day-to-Day

Deliver

exceptional customer service

that makes every shopper feel valued Advise customers on

vape, CBD, and lifestyle products

(full training provided) Operate tills, POS systems, and handle cash transactions Keep the store

clean, organized, and visually appealing

Assist with

stock checks, merchandising, and inventory management

Collaborate with teammates to

hit sales targets and KPIs

Handle customer feedback with professionalism Represent the brand at

in-store promotions and local events

Follow company policies and

UK retail & vaping regulations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in

retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales

(vape industry a plus) Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people Must be 18+ with GCSE-level education or equivalent Basic knowledge of

vape products, CBD, or UK retail trends

(advantageous) Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable with POS systems and basic tech tools Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
Job Types: Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
