Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in selling techniques and product knowledge. Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth. Engaging with local community to enhance the store with outreach events Managing store social media platforms

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike. Proficiency in organisational skills to maintain efficient store operations. Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
