Flapjackery Ltd is a Tavistock based business with 15 shops across the south and west . We are a professional, supportive and inclusive company.

We are looking for a dynamic retail manager to lead our Bath shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, strong sales leadership, while assisting customers with their purchases, and managing stock and merchandising.

The ideal candidate will have proven communication skills in a retail setting, a positive attitude, and the ability to work unsupervised. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a retail career with a dynamic West Country business. Thorough training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Leading the sales team. Manage day to day activities of shop. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. Manage and order stock. Till management, operate card machine and process payments. Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization. Provide excellent customer service. Be responsible for window displays

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
