THE ROLE:
As the Store Manager your role will vary from delivering excellent customer service, maximising sales, maintaining high retail standards and controlling stock. You will be a great brand ambassador for the company.Key responsibilities:
Delivering customer excellence Assisting customers with product knowledge Maximising sales Delivering KPI's Control of stock Responsible for the running of the store and staff
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, passionate, committed with great people skills. They will have strong engagement skills and show a passion for shoes. You will be confident in dealing with customers, both face to face and on the telephone. You will need to be diplomatic, forth right and place a great emphasis on the following areas, customer service, product knowledge and communication.Key experience essential for the role of Store Manager-
Minimum of 2 years' experience at the same level or as an Assistant Manager Live within 30 minutes Shoe experience is desirable
