Retail Manager

Location: Central Glasgow

Hours: Full-time, Wednesday - Sunday

We're looking for a highly motivated Retail Manager to lead a small, dedicated team in a busy, customer-focused store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role who is ready to make the move into full management.

As the Manager, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive the team forward, and ensure the store operates at the highest standard -- both in terms of customer experience and results.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, motivating, and developing a small team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Driving upselling and add-on sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Maintaining store standards to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Organising daily operations, managing stock, and problem-solving independently.

Taking ownership of the store's performance and reporting results to senior management.

Creating a positive, supportive environment where the team can thrive.

About You:

Currently a Supervisor or Assistant Manager looking to step into a full management role.

Highly organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Confident working unsupervised, taking initiative, and making decisions.

A natural leader who can motivate others and build a strong team culture.

Commercially aware, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-36,050.16 per year
