25,000 per annum (with achievable incentive schemes which could increase your salary by up to 30%. Plus 1000 Sunday trading allowance.

9:00 am to 5.00 pm (5 days over 7 on a rota basis)

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in retail management or supervision. A full driving licence and daily access to a car are required. An enhanced DBS check will also be necessary, and we will cover the cost.

What does the Store Manager role involve?

You will be key on the sales floor, assisting customers and leading your team to meet store targets. Flexibility, dedication, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.

Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations and sales, operating the till, processing paperwork, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organised.

What do we need from you?

Proven retail management experience with a track record of driving sales and effectively leading a team, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
