The Role

We're looking for a dynamic

Retail Store Manager

to take the lead at our busy interchange store. This is your chance to put your stamp on this recently refurbished and well-loved store, driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and inspiring a team to deliver excellence every day.

As Store Manager, you'll:

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve success together Ensure the store runs smoothly, hitting sales and service targets Keep standards high across stock, merchandising, and compliance Bring fresh ideas to improve the customer journey and community engagement

What We're Looking For

Previous retail or supervisory experience (convenience store background a plus) A natural leader who thrives on motivating others Confidence, initiative, and a proactive approach to challenges Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
