This is an exciting opportunity to join Kinloch Anderson as Store Manager for our new St Andrews store, at a pivotal stage of our growth.

About the Role



This role goes far beyond traditional retail management. We are looking for an individual who is as comfortable hosting, planning and delivering exceptional customer experiences as they are leading a team and running a store.

You will be an ambassador for the Kinloch Anderson brand -- a natural host, relationship-builder and communicator, with the ability to develop strong connections with private clients, corporate partners and other local businesses. You will take a proactive role in B2B relationship building, exclusive client events, and bespoke experiences that showcase our heritage, expertise and craftsmanship.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves looking after people, thinks strategically about relationships and service, and takes pride in delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For



We are looking for someone who brings warmth, confidence and professionalism -- an expert in customer experience and relationship management.

You will have:

Proven success in a front-of-house, hospitality, luxury retail or client-focused environment A strong track record of building long-term customer and business relationships Experience in event planning, hosting and delivery, particularly within a premium or luxury setting Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of clients and partners A proactive, driven and motivated approach, with a genuine "can-do" attitude Outstanding Customer Service Skills The ability to lead, inspire and develop a team while setting the standard for service excellence Exceptional IT skills, including full literacy of Microsoft Office
Sales Acumen: A proactive approach to driving sales and engaging customers.

A background in Highland Dress is not essential, but you must have:

A genuine interest in tartans, Scottish heritage and Highland dress A strong desire to learn about our craft, history and products Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
