We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail management and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Utilise multilingual abilities to assist diverse customer base
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Organise store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive sales through effective retail management strategies
- Supervise daily activities, including inventory management and merchandising
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong sales management skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Proficiency in supervising staff and delegating tasks
