SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team as a Store Manager.

We need a strong leader to run our busy customer-facing environment.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder. Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices Maintaining high standards of customer service Stock ordering and replenishment Days off will be Sunday and Wednesday
Weekend working will be required
Required Skills:

You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills Be con?dent in up-selling. Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment. Retail experience in a supervisory role essential (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You'll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our store. This is a full-time role with set hours.
