Who Are You?

You've got experience in Retail, Hospitality -- or ideally, both. You're multi-skilled, adaptable and have at least a year in a similar role under your belt. More importantly, you're confident, full of personality and know how to connect with people. You champion what we stand for every single day. Sound like you? Thought so.

What Will You Do for Us?

This works both ways -- here's what we'll count on you for:

Working across the shop floor and post office Listening to customers and understanding what they need Using your product knowledge to help and advise Prioritising tasks to keep things running smoothly Merchandising and organising stock to our high visual standards Handling tricky situations calmly and resolving issues with care Processing sales through our EPOS system
