Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques and product knowledge. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure optimal product availability. Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and inventory management for upper management review. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent time management skills with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations, including reporting and stock management. strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations. A solid understanding of sales management principles and techniques is preferred. Ability to sell products effectively while managing customer relationships.
