Duties

Supervise and manage retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and inventory levels for management review.

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Proficient in time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in retail management or sales management is essential. Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product visibility and appeal. Administrative experience is beneficial for managing reports and documentation.
