Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales management, organizational, and communication skills.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and senior management
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette
