Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Manage daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff in phone etiquette and customer engagement techniques. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising. Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while fostering a positive shopping experience for customers. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base. Proficient in administrative tasks with strong computer skills. Ability to sell effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
