This position available is a 20 hour per week contract and includes weekend work. It's important that you're open to working flexible hours to maximise your store's success. In return for your dedication and great customer service, you'll enjoy a competitive salary from 12.36 per hour, plus a competitive team based bonus scheme based on hitting store targets.

What will you do?

As a Supervisor, you will:

- Work to achieve personal sales and KPI targets to maximise the performance of your store

- Visually deliver the Suit Direct brand in line with our 'Suit yourself' approach

- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge

- Deliver great service, every time, to customers and store management

- Keep the store looking clean, tidy and stylish

- Merchandise our products in line with company guidelines

- Support the Management team within the store along with key holder duties

All to help make the Suit Direct brand shine.

- Experience in retail and a customer-focused attitude

- Great communication skills so you can deliver our market-leading service

- Comprehensive brand and product knowledge, and an eye for upselling opportunities
