As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. You'll also play a vital role in coaching team members and ensuring the store runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and styling advice
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards
Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory control, and reduce stock loss
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or menswear
Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for fashion and styling with an eye for detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office skills
