Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and organise tasks efficiently will contribute to the success of our retail environment.

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage daily operations including stock ordering, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance. Communicate effectively with staff and customers, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. Implement administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members on their performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.51 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
