We're now looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to join our friendly team at our Pugh's Cardiff Garden Centre Concession. If you love home interiors, thrive in a team environment and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Contract Hours: 23 hours Per Week

About the role

As a Sales Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales performance. You'll help create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues, while ensuring the store looks its best at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Leading by example to motivate and support your team. Driving sales and achieving store targets. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and stock presentation. Ensuring compliance with company policies, HR and Health and Safety Procedures. Overseeing general store duties including administration, housekeeping and opening/closing procedures.

What we're looking for:

Confident, approachable and customer focused. A strong communicator with visible leadership skills. Organised, reliable and proactive with great attention to detail. A positive and enthusiastic team player who enjoys problem-solving. Experience in retail and customer service (Supervisory experience preferred). Computer literate with basic admin skills.
