Job Description
RaceTrack is an ambitious and reputable Retailer with stores situated in various locations throughout Glasgow and we are now expanding further afield. Our new Coatbridge store opened in February 2023 and is an exciting addition to the local Main Street. Any successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job full training.

The role involves:
- Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times
- Securing and exceeding store sales
- Training and developing the team through feedback
- Scheduling according to operational needs
- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth
- Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Managing and replenishing stock within the store while upholding high standards of visual merchandising.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Coatbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) Supervising: 1 year (required) Management: 1 year (preferred) Retail management: 1 year (required)
