Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Retail Supervisor to join our unique Ground Floor of our Flagship Piccadilly store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:

Delivering exceptional service through story telling on our confectionary counter for our customers Motivate, lead and inspire the confectionary team Work alongside buyers, visual merchandising and other wider teams in the business to create a successful environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Outstanding communication skills
