What you'll be doing!

Create a warm welcome - Greet customers on arrival and offer exceptional service throughout their visit, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported. Maintain a beautiful store environment - Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times. Take ownership as a Key Holder - Open and close the store confidently when the Retail Manager is away, ensuring smooth and secure daily operations. Handle transactions with care - Carry out end-of-day cashing up and till reconciliation in the Retail Managers absence. Keep our behind-the-scenes running smoothly - Maintain a tidy, well-organised, and accurate stock room to support efficient store operations. Be a product expert - Share accurate, up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need. Support our online presence - Collaborate with the team to keep our social media channels active, engaging, and aligned with our brand, as instructed and supported by the Head Office Marketing Team.

Skills you will have!

18+ with a passion for luxury retail - A strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry. Supervisor experience - Confident in supporting and overseeing retail operations. Dedicated and dependable - Fully committed to your responsibilities and role. Organised and hands on - Able to manage tasks efficiently and stay proactive. Thrive in fast-paced environment - Especially during busy festive seasons. Eager to learn - Motivated to build solid product and brand knowledge. Customer service driven - Naturally delivering exceptional luxury service to every visitor, regardless of background or purchase history. Relationship builder - skilled at creating meaningful connections with customers.

Further Information:

Competitive salary - 13.25 per hour Full-time Contract working up to 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Sunday 09:15 - 17:15 on a flexible rota basis. 20 days annual leave, plus 1 day additional holiday per full January - December year worked (Capped at 5 years service).
