Job Description

Experienced person required to join our Team! Lilley's Drumlyon is a busy award winning Retail convenience store & Forecourt on a commuter route your role as supervisor is to manage your team and resources to ensure an excellent customer service experience for all customers within our store. Working as part of a Team we require you above all else to be an effective communicator, to oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organisation so that each is successful. Experience preferred but not essential.

Working patterns includes Two to Three evening shifts per week including one per weekend.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.75 per hour
