We are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our customers shopping needs are exceeded and building lasting relationships. Our ultimate goals are to always ensure our customers are provided with a world class shopping experience and to continue to grow at an exceptional rate.

We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Retail Supervisor to join our team.

The role involves:

- Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times

- Securing and exceeding store sales

- Training and developing the team through feedback

- Scheduling according to operational needs

- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth

- Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house

- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times

- Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
