Duties

Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise displays. Train new employees on operational procedures, customer service techniques, and product knowledge. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, managing payroll records, and maintaining sales reports. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and promote products effectively.

Experience

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a retail environment. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritise responsibilities effectively. Ability to sell products through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base. Administrative experience is preferred for handling paperwork and operational tasks efficiently.
