We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Retail Supervisor to join our site on St James Road, Glasgow G4 0PS.

- Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times
- Securing and exceeding store sales
- Training and developing the team through feedback
- Scheduling according to operational needs
- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth
- Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Managing and replenishing stock within the store while upholding high standards of visual merchandising.
