Full job description:

Part Time Store Supervisor 30hrs PW + Overtime Kids Around, St Enoch Glasgow
As part of our selling team in store you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service with a personal touch, within a high quality, designer fashion label setting.

Experience within a high-end customer service setting is ideal but not a must. enthusiasm, confidence and a desire to sell and help grow the business most important.

Responsibilities include:

Running the day to operations of the store and set up the in house team for success Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times Drive and deliver KPI's To be familiar with the collection, control and manage deliveries and stock to maximise sales Support management with the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock and promotions in line with Head Office directives Manage stock loss and support the completion of inventories Cash handling Key Holder responsibilities Banking responsibilities

Skills & Requirements:

All candidates must be confident and show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to high standards while managing time efficiently.

This role is ideal for any individual interested in progression into management within a high end, fast paced, designer and fashion-based company.
