We are now looking for a motivated, committed, and hard-working Retail Supervisor to join our Autoport team and play a key role in shaping our success.

What you'll be doing:

Leading your team to deliver excellent customer service, every time Driving and exceeding store sales targets Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team through regular feedback Planning effective staff schedules to meet business needs Building strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and growth Maintaining the highest operational and presentation standards, front and back of house Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures Using business and sales data to shape strategy and boost performance
