Role Overview

As a Retail Supervisor, you will support the daily running of the store, lead by example, and ensure the highest level of customer service. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, has strong leadership skills, and takes pride in maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising daily retail operations and supporting the management team. Leading and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service. Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing knowledgeable support. Ensuring sales areas are well-presented, clean, and fully stocked. Opening and closing procedures, including cashing up. Training new staff and supporting ongoing development. Handling customer concerns professionally and effectively. Supporting stock deliveries, merchandising, and stock rotation.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in retail is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Confident working in a busy retail environment. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Physically able to move stock and work on your feet for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and busy seasonal periods.
