Our amazing business needs a fantastic Supervisor for our Ilkley store based on the busy Grove. The successful candidate will work with the store management team delivering exceptional service and retail standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven sales assistant or supervisor who wants to be challenged and support a management team in achieving excellence everyday.

The role is part time with a contract of 20 hours per week as a base, and will require flexibility up to 40 hours to cover holidays and busy trading periods.

:

Supervising shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager and providing maximum profitability.

Human resources including basic standards training, assigning responsibilities and supervising performance.

Delivering exceptional customer service, setting criteria for team, establishing security and safety measures and compliance.

. Setting up for trade at the beginning of the day, receiving and merchandising deliveries, ensuring the store is clean and ready for trade, cashing up responsibilities.
