Duties

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and meet targets. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback. Maintain an organised store layout that enhances the shopping experience for customers. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and reporting. Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of teamwork.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective customer interaction. Proficient in time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in merchandising strategies that attract customers and boost sales. Administrative experience with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting. Strong phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries or concerns.
