We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead our retail team. Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock organisation, merchandising, and visual presentation Lead by example in demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and organisational abilities Oversee team scheduling, training, and performance management to foster a positive work environment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Assist in resolving customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Coordinate with management on inventory control, stock replenishment, and promotional activities

Experience

Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail sector Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in merchandising and administrative tasks Effective communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through time management Experience in sales management, customer service excellence, and staff training is advantageous Previous experience with retail management systems or point-of-sale software is desirable
