We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Supervise daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Daily reporting to Manager and Director of the Business. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise displays. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to foster their development and address any areas for improvement. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous. Proficient in sales management techniques with a track record of achieving targets. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing paperwork and reports. Ability to effectively supervise staff while maintaining a positive work environment. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to sell products effectively while providing outstanding service.
