About the role:

As a Supervisor at Cyberdog, you will work with your Store Manager and Management team to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to aid our customers in expressing themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set goals for staff performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Work in the adult section of the store Receive complaints and resolve problems Maintain timekeeping and personnel records Hire and train new employees Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

About you:

Candidates must be self-motivated and well-organised with proven skills and experience of working in a public facing retail shop or visitor/tourist services. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, with tact and discretion, with a wide range of people at all levels.

Expressive of your unique style and inspiring others to do so too Passionate about customer service and your own development, seeking out innovative ways to improve your own performance Energetic, detail-oriented and as adept at resolving interpersonal conflicts as you are at analyzing sales and KPIs Communication, Leadership & Organization skills, ability to manage, guide and instruct both a large and more intimate team.
