The Retail Supervisor Role?

Partnering with the Store Lead to deliver strong commercial results and an exceptional customer experience. Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, reporting, and cash handling. Leading, coaching, and developing team members to consistently achieve performance and service standards. Driving store performance through effective people management, proactive problem-solving, and a hands-on leadership approach Educating adult smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco. Converting traditional tobacco users to begin their journey with heated tobacco through in-store demonstrations and taste trials.
