You'll oversee daily operations of our boutique gift shop, curate beautiful product displays, and lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding customer service to visitors from around the world. What We're Looking For Essential Experience:




Proven track record in retail supervision or management




Strong merchandising and visual display expertise




Experience managing and motivating retail teams




Excellent customer service skills with a luxury retail mindset




Cash handling and till management proficiency




Stock control and inventory management experience Personal Attributes:
