Duties

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Organise daily tasks and schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient workflow. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and merchandising to maximise sales opportunities. Provide training and support to team members, fostering their development in retail skills and product knowledge. Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Handle administrative tasks such as reporting sales figures, managing budgets, and maintaining records. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and best practices in retail operations.

Experience

Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions. Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership within a retail context. Familiarity with sales management techniques and the ability to sell effectively is crucial.
