In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Duties

- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
- Maintain and assist with stock management, ensuring the store is well-presented.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising within store to drive sales.
- Monitor store sales to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
