Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Supervisor 18+.The store is open Monday to Friday between 630am to 10pm,Weekends 8am to 10pm shifts will be varied so a degree of flexibility will be required.

Responsible for:

Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the store in the absense of the manager

Achieving excellence retail standards across the store with attention to ordering, merchandising and food standards

Developing and promoting good communication between employees and management

Assist in the induction of new employees

Ensuring that company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to

Cash handling

Opening and closing the store and adhering to the correct procedures

Any other task or responsibility deemed to be necessary by the stores owner to ensure the store operates efficiently and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience and fresh food offering at all times.

Essential:

Minimum 1 years experience in a similar or interim role

Excellent communication skills, with a can do attitude

The ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure

The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in achieving the objective of the store

Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.50 per hour
