Job Category: Museums:Retail Supervisor | 8140 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | xc2xa325,584 to xc2xa327,269 per annum | Grade E | NorwichDo you have experience gained from working in a retail environment with excellent sales and customer service skills, knowledge of ePOS and proven experience of visual merchandising?We are recruiting a Retail Supervisor to support delivery of the retail offer across Norfolk Museums.Norfolk Museums Service (NMS) collectively welcomes over 230,000 visitors a year across ten of Norfolk's best museums.Working from the newly refurbished retail space at Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery, you will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a retail environment, strong aptitude for administrative processes, experience in stock management and exceptional customer service skills.Working days are varied Monday to Sunday; including regular weekend working, bank holidays and occasional evenings.
