Duties

- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and achieve sales targets
- Train and onboard new employees
- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your main duties will include managing a team of retail associates, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in team management and retail management.
