Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage the performance of retail staff, including training, coaching, and providing feedback
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

Skills:

- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire retail staff
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage store operations
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Sick Cover/ Holiday Cover Requirements

- 6 weeks holiday cover required. Supervisors will be required to work up to 6 evening shifts to facilitate cover when other Supervisors are on leave for 6 weeks of the year.

- Sick Cover Required. If a Staff member calls in sick and you are off, you will be required to cover this shift. Pay increases on these occasions by the hourly rate with an added bonus of (20) per shift.

Successful applicants will start in a basic sales assistant position and begin supervisor training after a three week minimum introductory period.
