Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Manage inventory levels, merchandising displays, and stock replenishment to optimise sales. Conduct training sessions for new employees, focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques. Implement promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness in driving sales. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll processing, and reporting. Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's image. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Proficient in time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in merchandising and sales management is preferred. Administrative experience is an advantage for handling operational tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail. Pay: 12.29-14.16 per hour
