12.50 |

Hours:

35 per week (any 5 days out of 7)

We're looking for a

Retail Supervisor

to join our friendly team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. If you're passionate about retail, love leading a team, and want a role that offers work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you!

What you'll do:

Take charge of the store and Post-Office counter during shifts in the manager's absence. Lead and motivate the team to keep the shop running smoothly and customers happy. Open and close the store, handle cash, manage deliveries, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Control operational costs, including shrinkage and waste. Support team development and ensure high standards every day.

What we're looking for:

Previous retail experience. Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years). Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
