We are seeking a

dynamic, sociable, friendly and results-driven Supervisor

Duties

Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment and ensure daily tasks are completed. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management processes. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting. Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products effectively. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are an advantage. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a busy retail setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
