Retail Supervisor
Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join our team at our Biddick Hall Store. The role is ideal for candidates who are looking to join a growing local business that can offer a permanent and flexible position.
The role is part time role at 16 hours per week and working days will be between Monday and Sunday (inclusive).
To be successful in the role you must be flexible, reliable and be self-motivated. This is a Supervisory role and would suit a candidate who wants to develop their skills, including to lead and motivate a team, gain experience in stock control, champion brand standards, till management and banking.
You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career within Retail.
On successful completion of our 12-week training programme you will have developed a good understanding of our policies and procedures and be able to deliver on the high standards we expect - this is a great foundation to build on and may lead to further progression opportunities within the business.
Experience in a Food Retail environment is essential with experience working in food preparation roles desirable for the business. Applications will also be considered from those with cleaning and care experience too.
