Rogerson Shoes is an independent family owned retail business established in 1905 selling a unique mix of branded footwear, in our 12 stores throughout Scotland.

ABOUT THE ROLE!



As Supervisor at Rogerson Shoes you will be passionate about products and creating a sense of fun to inspire and motivate the team. You will work closely with your Manager and Assistant Manager to maximise sales in an atmosphere that creates a buzz on the shop floor for both your customers and staff. Your standard working week will be 5 days out of 7 and will include at least 1 weekend day. However, we will also consider offering this role on a part-time basis if a flexible arrangement is required, salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for hours worked. Please note this is a permanent position and you must be available to work beyond the Summer period and over Christmas.

Core responsibilities:



Sell our products
Achieve targets through driving sales.
Control the sales floor
Plan and organise the day to day running of the shop.
Train and Motivate the team inspiring them to provide amazing customer service
Manage the stock
Merchandise the shop floor and window
