Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products effectively. Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting. Maintain effective communication with upper management regarding store performance and challenges.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multilingual or bilingual capabilities being advantageous. Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, and time management. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries is beneficial.
