Hours: 37.5 PER WEEK




Main Purpose of Role




To lead communication and support functions across our retail network. This role acts as the link between Comfort House, showrooms, and other departments--ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication to support high performance.

Key Responsibilities




Retail Communication:




Manage all communications between Comfort House and showrooms (e.g. newsletters, intranet, memos). Translate business objectives into clear retail communications. Own the retail communication calendar, aligning with campaigns, product launches, and training. Maintain consistent brand tone in internal messaging.

Retail Support Operations:




Serve as the main contact for showroom operational queries. Liaise with other teams (Marketing, People, IT, etc.) to provide accurate support. Coordinate rollouts of systems, tools, and policies for showrooms. Improve feedback channels between showrooms and Comfort House. Manage ordering of office supplies (stationery, uniforms, cleaning products). Manage transport and hotel bookings for retail and wider teams.

Projects & Improvement




Lead or support retail projects (e.g. campaigns, openings, upgrades). Review feedback to enhance processes and communication. Keep documentation and FAQs up to date.

People & Culture




Support engagement surveys, communication, and recognition for retail teams.

Skills & Experience




Experience in retail ops, communications, or support roles. Strong writing, speaking, and organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. Understanding of store operations.
