We're on the lookout for a customer focussed retail expertto support the

furniture department

at our Superstore in Alfreton.

What You'll Be Doing:




Managing and leading your department:

Ensuring that the department runs smoothly day-to-

day, with appropriate levels of staff to meet customer demand, and that all activities follow company guidelines and standards. Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.



Sales:

Maximise sales by managing a range of new goods within your department, ensuring

that stock levels are appropriate and that goods are presented attractively.



Compliance

: Ensure that all activities within your department comply with company

guidelines and standards, with appropriate records and reporting maintained.



Assisting in the running of the superstore

: Sort stock, deal with collections and deliveries of

furniture, merchandising, serve customers, work with computers for online sales, and help

ensure the store looks its best every day.



Business Development:

Have store targets to ensure the store grows. Be pivotal in helping to

create and develop the superstore and create the blueprint for growing this concept.

What We're Looking For:




Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career

to date.

Able to demonstrate effective people management experience Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives Passion for the work that TAAS does Experience working in the retail or charity sector preferred. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Target driven and able to inspire a team. Experience as a sales assistant or retail supervisor preferred.
